Art is a seasoned individual with over 25 years of executive level experience in
manufacturing and business focusing on new business start-ups, business
turnarounds, and reorganization. Art has worked with businesses and developed
accounts with companies such as Reynolds Metals, Frito Lay, Wyandotte Foods,
Electronic Arts, PNC Bank, Fifth Third Bank, Consolidated Foods and the Manheim
Auto Auctions to name a few. Prior to joining Commonwealth Commercial, Art was
the top commercial producer for his company for the past 3 years. With a vast
array of experience in business start up and development, Art is a cross
disciplined individual capable of representing clients and property owners in
office, retail or industrial properties.

Complete long/short term financial analysis of lease vs. purchase options
