PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining Commonwealth Commercial Real Estate in February 2005, Jennifer had over five years of experience in real estate marketing with CBRE|Nicklies. She is responsible for
managing the collection, interpretation and distribution of data, developing and
maintaining the company website, coordinating monthly property listing updates
on property databases and mailers, overseeing marketing materials such as
resumes and brochures, business development, preparing marketing material for
new listings, and creating and implementing a company wide marketing campaign. As a real estate
licensee, Jennifer is able to assist in the marketing of properties, showings
and providing information to prospective tenants. Jennifer provides customer
service, administrative support and coordinates all marketing activities.
